The Blazent Celebrity Winterfest® takes place at the luxurious Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe and Diamond Peak Ski Resort.
This event is exclusive - space is limited to 16 teams. To participate, download the 2013 Team Contract
In 2012, 300 supporters of Special Olympics Northern California and Nevada collectively raised more than $270,000. This annual high-profile, event-packed weekend provides a unique opportunity for company team building, client development and fun head-to-head competition between the participating companies. Each corporate team is paired with a Special Olympics Athlete and a Celebrity from TV or movies. All proceeds from the event benefit Special Olympics Northern California and Nevada and the Schools Partnership Program.

Friday, March 2, The weekend began with the Netscout Let the Games Begin Reception. Guests had the opportunity to bid on their favorite silent auction packages, while they enjoyed a buffet dinner and a hosted wine and beer bar. Corporate teams were introduced to their celebrity skier and Special Olympics athlete.
Saturday, March 3 - On Saturday morning, teams headed to Diamond Peak Ski Resort for the exciting down hill corporate challenge ski races
The evening was topped off at the Awards banquet including an exciting live auction, elegant sit down dinner, awards and dancing to our deejay.
Sunday, March 4 - The weekend finished with a splash at Plungefest. Brave souls with warm hearts raised additional funds for Special Olympics by taking a quick "dip" (and we use the term loosely) in the chilly waters of Lake Tahoe (in costume of course!)

The Blazent Celebrity Winterfest® takes place at the luxurious Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe and Diamond Peak Ski Resort.
This event is exclusive - space is limited to 16 teams. To participate, download the 2013 Team Contract
In 2012, 300 supporters of Special Olympics Northern California and Nevada collectively raised more than $270,000. This annual high-profile, event-packed weekend provides a unique opportunity for company team building, client development and fun head-to-head competition between the participating companies. Each corporate team is paired with a Special Olympics Athlete and a Celebrity from TV or movies. All proceeds from the event benefit Special Olympics Northern California and Nevada and the Schools Partnership Program.

1st Place: NetScout Systems, Inc - 197.01 seconds
2nd Place: Schoonmaker Construction Team #1 - 206.56 seconds
3rd Place: Blazent Furious - 221.86 seconds

Friday Night Let the Games Begin Reception

Friday, March 2, The weekend began with the Netscout Let the Games Begin Reception. Guests had the opportunity to bid on their favorite silent auction packages, while they enjoyed a buffet dinner and a hosted wine and beer bar. Corporate teams were introduced to their celebrity skier and Special Olympics athlete.
Saturday, March 3 - On Saturday morning, teams headed to Diamond Peak Ski Resort for the exciting down hill corporate challenge ski races
The evening was topped off at the Awards banquet including an exciting live auction, elegant sit down dinner, awards and dancing to our deejay.
Sunday, March 4 - The weekend finished with a splash at Plungefest. Brave souls with warm hearts raised additional funds for Special Olympics by taking a quick "dip" (and we use the term loosely) in the chilly waters of Lake Tahoe (in costume of course!)
