2023 High Tech Challenge
The High Tech Challenge attracts industry and community leaders looking to play spectacular golf courses while supporting an amazing cause. This year’s tournament is hosted by Silverado in the heart of wine country. Post tournament play, golfers will enjoy an evening reception of cocktails, local wine and small bites. Volunteers will help with registration, on-course at contest holes, and assist at the evening reception and auction, to assure that guests have an unforgettable experience, and one that benefits Special Olympics Northern California. Special Olympics athletes will be on hand, spreading joy and leaving participants with the importance of the mission.
There may be down time during various shifts and patience is appreciated while awaiting further instruction or next task.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
| SIGN UP | Monday 10/02/2023 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM | confirmed: 0 - available: 4 | Set-up and Check-in - Volunteers will set up registration and the course, greet and register guests, and sell tickets. Basic computer skills helpful. Attire for this event: Pants (no jeans or shorts), skort or skirts okay (no denim), collared shirts (polos okay), comfortable shoes advised (no sandals, flip flops or high heels). Dressing in layers recommended. |

This role will require some walking. Dressing in layers recommended. |

This position will involve light lifting but a fair amount of walking. Some volunteers will help with evening check-in and with auction spotting during the evening reception. This position may require walking and light lifting. Dinner provided! Attire: Jeans okay (no holes or rips), khaki style pants preferred, skort or skirts okay, collared shirt preferred, comfortable shoes advised, no sandals or flip flops. Dressing in layers recommended. |
