2023 Walnut Creek Softball Regional Competition

We will be welcoming over 400 softball athletes from ten counties to Heather Farms on August 19 and 20, for one of our biggest and most exciting competitions. This is a large, fun tournament, and we can use your help! There are needs for morning and afternoon shifts on each day, and all volunteers will receive training and work alongside members of the Games Management Team.

Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent who is also registered to volunteer. Minimum age requirement for volunteers is 10 years.

These volunteer positions may require being in the sun at times. Please wear a hat, light clothing, comfortable, closed-toe shoes and sun block. Lunch will be provided.
