DESCRIPTION:Help support Special Olympics Northern California behind the scenes at the San Jose Office!  \nVolunteers assist with event preparation\, organizing supplies and inventory\, assembling packets\, mailings\, light administrative tasks\, and other office projects. Flexible weekday shifts are available based on your schedule. \n \nNote: Each volunteer must register for their own distinct spot. Volunteers must be at least 10 years old\, and those aged 10-13 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian who will be registered as a volunteer for the same shift. All minor volunteers must obtain parent/guardian permission and signature. \n \nDon't see an opportunity that fits your schedule? Select the shift option "Interest List" to be notified when new volunteer opportunities become available. Enjoy an evening of great food and outstanding service as officers wait on you hand and foot. \n\n\n\nSo bring your community spirit\, your hearty appetite\, and your generosity for a fun and memorable event that makes a real difference. You’ll be treated like royalty\, served by Law Enforcement’s finest while you enjoy a great meal. If you are unable to attend the event\, you can still support. Make a donation to change a life. \n\n\n\nThe tips and donations raised will support the life changing sports\, health\, educational\, and athlete leadership programs that Special Olympics athletes enjoy at no cost.
