Fitness Programs

Health Screenings
Healthy Athletes® provides free health screenings & education to people with intellectual disabilities (ID) in a welcoming and fun environment. Improve your health at screening events throughout the year, supporting these 9 disciplines.

Healthy habits off the field empower our athletes to become self-advocates for inclusive healthcare. Learn how to get involved in Special Olympics NorCal’s wellness community as a Fitness Captain or Health Messenger.
