2025 Conference Registration

Please complete the registration form below to secure your spot for the 2025 LETR Kickoff Conference, scheduled for Thursday, February 6, 2025, at the Pleasant Hill Community Center (320 Civic Dr. Pleasant Hill, CA 94523) from 9am – 2pm.

Registration Deadline: Friday, January 31, 2025

Once you complete your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation message, and we’ll follow up with additional event details as the date approaches. We’re excited to welcome you to the conference and look forward to working together to shape the future of the Torch Run in Northern California.

The conference is free to attend, and includes lunch. If you’re traveling from more than 75 miles, housing (dual-occupancy) is available for you. Lodging will be located at the Sonesta Select Pleasant Hill.
