The High Tech Challenge is Special Olympics Northern California’s signature golf tournament. The High Tech Challenge, held this year at Silverado Resort & Spa in wine country (home to the PGA Fortinet Championship), brings together business and community leaders to support Special Olympics NorCal’s life-changing work. It’s a day of friendly competition, both on the green and during the cocktail reception, that features a live auction full of exclusive items and experiences. The day culminates with remarks from a Special Olympics athlete leader, and a featured guest speaker, that is sure to inspire the room.

Special Olympics Northern California transforms the lives of over 17,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities every year. Through athletic opportunities, coupled with quality support programs and advocacy efforts, the focus shifts to what our athletes CAN DO, not what they can’t. As a result, attention to disabilities fades away, and our athletes discover new strengths, abilities, skills, and success that translates on the playing field and in everyday life.
