Only Head of Delegation (HODs) may pick up your delegation’s room keys and parking passes (must have been previously requested) at Graham Hall. 

• If you are a Coach/Assistant Coach, contact your HOD upon arrival to pick up your room keys & parking passes.
• Housing Sheets in Registration Packets are considered FINAL. Room changes will only be considered and approved at the discretion of the Housing Directors (Steven & Haley) for extenuating circumstances only. Room change request forms can be obtained from Headquarters (Schott Athletic Center).
• External doors in the residence halls CANNOT be propped open. DO NOT PROP EXTERNAL DOORS.

You must turn in the athlete’s credential and housing key, and mark them as scratched on the housing sheet accordingly. The housing sheet will be included in your HOD packet.
