The Head of Delegation (HOD) meeting for HODs and Coach/HODs
@ Headquarters (Schott Athletic Center)

HODs will stay where their delegations will be housed in the residence halls.  At the meeting, HODs will receive all final delegation information.  This meeting will also give each HOD the opportunity to meet the Games Management Team and discuss the details of the Games.

Your tour guide will be Julie Rodriguez and the Venue Directors will explain each sport/activity at their respective venues.
